Geez, Lana...I was so pleasantly surprised!!!

I thought the meat of the lyrics was excellent. In my opinion, music should be made as a result of a need. Your lyrics justify the existence of the well-crafted songs.
Sonically, audio integrity was achieved and sustained for the duration of the recording...Great job, Joe!

I'd lean toward light more in the packaging, but that's just me. All in all, I'd say quit your day jobs and prepare for major stardom!

Lana, shmana,

Hello, love. I listened to the entire CD again at my computer without any interruptions and this is what I have to say. My favorite tunes are POP CULTURE, Ob$cene Religion and Almost There. I think your lyrics are intelligent, insightful and thought provoking, especially in POP CULTURE and OB$CENE RELIGION. OB$cene Religion specifically is an adroit commentary on the hypocracy of organized religion.
Ecstasy is a sultry, funky, sexy tune with an infectious chorus.
Almost There is my favorite because of the off beat meter ( I believe it is three measures of a 3 beat and one measure of a 4 beat.
I also enjoyed hearing Joe finally let loose on that excellent dual guitar lead where the two converge at the pinnacle of the lead. If Rachmaninoff was a guitarist, he'd play like Joe. Being a guitarist, this was my favorite tune on the album.
In a nutshell, so to speak, I'd have to say that the album is a fresh, well produced, insightful collection of poetry set to haunting, unique melodies and a hip accompaniment.

That's that, baby doll,

Now your record ... is a peace of heaven! Little delicious musical clouds which your different moods and dreams use for traveling across the blue sky in the morning and black sky at night. Heavy guitar attacks and delightful melodies beautifully diluted with deeply thoughtful and abstractly joyful lyrics. A rare record that can be played over and over again...

I love the pics you guys have posted, I haven't really seen many band (group) sites with that many informal pics, shows the heart of the band. There's also a good bit of band info and replies to fans... which is who this is all about, right? I love the first album, can't stop listening to it, when's the next one coming out???

I HAVE SEEN THE FUTURE OF ROCK AND IT'S NAME IS THIRTY DAY NOTICE.

THE ALBUM PLAYS LIKE AN AMUSEMENT PARK FOR YOUR BRAIN, EXCEPT YOU CAN DANCE TO IT.

"More and more I find myself listening to my extensive collection of CD's and I notice that I am completely bored with lead singers who spew out tired clichés and have nothing interesting to say whatsoever. I hope this CD goes big so that it might inject some actual intelligence into a PAINFULLY MINDLESS music industry."

"My first thought about the album is..."it's a little slice of heavenly insight...thrown into 5th gear, with the pedel slammed against the floor....mysticly spun, and a grinding of the 6th sense......."

Hi Lana!

I listened to your CD all the way through with eyes closed. Guess what! It was like taking a journey through your life! In other words, it's as though you sing what you've known or witnessed. And singing is a way to teach others to take deeper steps into REALITY rather than skimming along the surface of life. I like that kind of inspiration.

Thirty Day Notice!

Greetings from a fan named Fran! Thanks for a great CD!

When I listen with my inner ears I hear much more than intriguing lyrics and great music mix.

Rather I am transported to places past and future. I am quickened to expect that the nuances of mood and emotion will transcend from nostalgic deja vu into deeper levels of insight on this spiritual journey we call life!

This one is going to be played LOTS!
